A Stupid-Simple Way To Boost Conversions Easily

I don’t know if you know this or not, but if you visit certain pages on my website you’ll see a little “live chat” box in the lower-right hand corner of the page.

It’s mostly either for my pages selling my services, or for one of my products.

What I’ve lately realized is that…

That live chat box is a GOLDMINE!

Let me explain.

Sometimes, when you start talking through that live chat, you’re actually talking to ME personally. Not an assistant or secretary or anything like that.


Because I know from experience that the absolute best market research you can to do is to sit down and talk to your customers face to face.

(Plus, most of my subscribers and customers are pretty cool people 🙂

Since that’s pretty tough to do over the Internet, live chat is the next best thing.

I’ve already fixed several things on my products pages which were causing people not to buy, including…

  1. I added a link to pay via Paypal
  2. I made it known that most debit cards are accepted
  3. I’m in the process of adding additional payment options (e.g. fax and/or direct mail)

Those were sales I was losing. Things I didn’t even think about until I sat down and actually talked with real customers.

And YOU should do the same.

The best part is, it’s free. You can find live chat scripts that cost zippo, all over the Internet.
