To All The Mothers Out There
Well, today is Mothers Day as you know and I just wanted to write a really short post to tell all the Mothers reading that I hope you have the most incredible day of your life!
Do yourself a favor today and no matter what kind of work you WANT to do…don’t do it.
Today is your day and you deserve it, so make the guys in your house your slave, lay back and watch a few movies, and if it’s nice out where you live, maybe sit out in the sun and just soak it up and enjoy.
Remember you only get this day once a year so take advantage of the fact that you get a day like this!
And above all…appreciate the fact that you ARE a mother. To me, having a baby is an absolute miracle. Everytime I think of the process and the things that have to align perfectly for it to happen, it blows me away.
So say thanks and be grateful for the fact that you were able to have a child and become a mother. And if you adopted, then be thankful for that.
Now go give your kids a HUGE hug and a kiss, tell them how much you love them, and let them know that there’s nothing in the world that could take their place and that you’re the luckiest Mom on Earth.
